CELIMO Distribution Agreement Guidelines

This document contains outline clauses and topics that need to be considered when entering into an agreement to act as a Distributor.

It is deliberatly written from the point of view of the Distributor and, inevitably, many of the clauses wil be the subject of negotiation with the supplier of the machines or equipment which are to be represented.

This document covers distribution agreements where the sales contract is between the customer and the distributor, who acts on behalf of or who purchases equipment from the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.

CELIMO Agency Agreement Guidelines
